What is a Builder's Clean?
MGLB have a dedicated team, trained to the highest standard to meet all Construction Site Regulations. We undertake a builder’s clean during the course of your project, to eliminate builders’ debris & dust and to maintain the cleanliness of the site. This can be done on a regular basis, at a specific or particularly messy part of the build or for sanitation purposes.
MGLB are experts in Construction Cleans, our experience means that we understand the importance of adhering to strict deadlines yet have the flexibility to react to ever changing deadlines that are often found with the construction industry. Our dedicated team are trained to the highest standard to meet all Construction Site Regulations and we coordinate with site managers and work alongside various trades simultaneously to ensure that everything runs efficiently and impacts your site as little as possible.
All staff are fully equipped with all safety clothing and materials to work on site and project specific risk assessments and method statements are produced for each instruction we undertake. We follow a strict health and safety protocol and have £5 million public liability insurance.
After we have taken care of your mid project construction clean needs, we can then embark upon the final builders clean before the snagging process begins or prepare the site for a sparkle/handover clean just before handover of your project to end user (see hand over clean for more details).
